CSP Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the organisation's operational function from our Head Office in Watford, Hertfordshire.

The role requires strategic oversight, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service across contracts while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships. The post involves national travel, occasional international travel, and some weekend support to meet client demands.

Formación

• Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery or related industry.
• Strong financial acumen and multi-budget management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with proven planning and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.

• Oversee planning and delivery of all operational services and event scheduling.

• Lead tender processes and contract renewals.
