Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead a large multi-site restaurant estate with national travel. You will report to the executive team and drive performance, guest experience and profitability across the estate.

The role requires a commercially minded leader who can develop senior teams, influence at board level and partner across People, Finance, Property, Marketing and Technology to enable long-term success and expansion.

Location: London with National Travel

Salary: Up to A GBP 160,000 + Bonus

Im working with an exceptional hospitality business looking to appoint an Operations Director to join the executive team at a hugely exciting stage of its journey.

With a well:established UK estate, significant investment behind the business and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to genuinely influence the next chapter. Reporting directly into the executive team, youll lead operational performance across a substantial multi:site estate whilst helping shape strategy, build high:performing teams and create the foundations for continued expansion.

The Role
