Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a key region across the South West for a renowned restaurant group. You will oversee around eight sites, working closely with General Managers and reporting directly to the Operations Director, with a strong emphasis on people development and guest experience.

The role is very much people-led, focusing on coaching teams, building relationships quickly, and driving consistent performance across sites while monitoring

A GBP 60,000 : A GBP 65,000 + Bonus + Travel

I am working with a brilliant, well:established restaurant group who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a key region across the South West.

THE ROLE

Youll oversee around eight sites, working closely with your General Managers and reporting directly into the Operations Director.

This is very much a people:led role. Youll be developing your GMs, building strong teams and creating real accountability across the region, while keeping a close eye on sales, labour, profitability and overall performance.

The business is already well established, so this isnt about reinventing the wheel. Its about challenging where needed, raising standards and making sure every site is delivering a consistently brilliant guest experience.

Who I'm Looking For

• Id love to speak to established multi:site operators from quality casual dining or a similar branded restaurant environment.
• Youll need to be commercially strong, comfortable managing multiple P and Ls and, most importantly, genuinely good with people. Someone who can coach and develop their teams, build relationships quickly and get the best out of their GMs.
• There is plenty of opportunity to progress within the wider business, so this would really suit someone ambitious who wants to continue developing their career with a brilliant restaurant group.
