London Bridge Hospital, part of HCA UK, invites applications for the Head of Operations to lead and optimise clinical and operational services. The role involves strategic direction, governance, financial oversight and driving patient-centred care within a prestigious private hospital.

The position is permanent, full time (37.5 hours), based in London, with a focus on sustainable service delivery and growth in collaboration with clinical leaders and corporate teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visible leadership and operational management across designated clinical services.
• Develop and deliver operational strategies that support hospital objectives, business growth and service excellence.
• Work collaboratively with clinical leaders, consultants and senior stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead service improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiency, patient experience and quality outcomes.
• Monitor, analyse and report on operational, financial and quality performance indicators, implementing action plans where required.
• Manage departmental budgets, financial performance and resource allocation to ensure operational sustainability and achievement of targets.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and people management activities to ensure services are appropriately resourced.
