Job summary

phs Teacrate is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead its national operational network, overseeing five depots and driving excellence across the business. You will shape strategy, develop high-performing teams, and implement scalable processes to support ambitious growth plans.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement while ensuring OTIF performance and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex multi-site operations across locations.
• Strong track record in OTIF delivery and customer service excellence.
• Senior Leadership Team experience and contribution to strategy.
• Budget management and P&L responsibility with commercial acumen.
• Experience implementing scalable processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-site operational teams across five depots.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and OTIF performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to growth objectives.
• Own transport operations, workforce planning, health & safety, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Commercial and SLT to deliver end-to-end customer experience.
