Liquidline, the fast-growing commercial coffee solutions provider in the UK and Ireland, seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead Engineering, Logistics and Warehouse functions. Reporting to the COO, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, drive productivity, and ensure scalable growth across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience at director or senior management level within an operational capacity.
• Background in engineering, field service delivery, logistics, manufacturing, facilities management or similar operational environment.
• Proven track record of leading multi-functional teams through growth, change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into operational plans and lead day-to-day performance of operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across Engineering, Logistics and Warehouse operations.
• Define and monitor KPIs across service, quality, productivity, cost and customer satisfaction.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and succession activity and coach leaders to maximise performance.
