Operations Director | Property Consultancy

£80-120k DOE | 4 days in-office

LRA Search are partnering with a long-standing, highly regarded property consultancy to appoint a senior-level Operations Director - a newly created role at the heart of one of the firm's busiest and most successful teams.

About the Role:

As an Operations Director, you will translate the vision of the Partners and SLT into tangible, effective operations. Overseeing all non-project delivery functions, including admin, resource planning, compliance and internal systems, you'll ensure the team runs like a well-oiled machine.

This is a broad and influential position, with key responsibilities including:

• Delivering strategic initiatives and tracking corresponding KPIs
• Overhauling internal systems and processes to boost efficiency and service delivery
• Supporting people-focused projects such as recruitment and succession planning
• Leading high-impact initiatives, including ESG strategy, framework submissions, and business development
• Ensuring compliance, governance, and risk mitigation strategies are in place and robust

Who We’re Looking For:

• A senior operational leader with 5+ years in a similar role (consultancy or professional services preferred)
• A commercially minded, emotionally intelligent professional with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone comfortable navigating both strategic oversight and day-to-day operational execution
• Experience in ERP systems, data analytics, and performance management tools would be hugely beneficial
