Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, business systems, or operations in insurance/financial services.
• Strong policy administration systems knowledge and ability to translate into improvements.
• Experience owning data remediation and data quality initiatives with governance and compliance.
• Experience leading system or data workstreams through change, migrations or upgrades.
• Track record of continuous improvement using technology to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational delivery for projects and translate needs into tech-led solutions.
• Coordinate data remediation and maintain data governance standards across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Lead systems and data workstreams during change, acquisitions, migrations, or upgrades.
• Provide resource planning and operational reporting with dashboards (Power BI).
• Influence stakeholders and maintain relationships across business and tech.
