Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking an Operations Executive in Woking to support field teams and clients with data, tools, and operational processes. You will ensure data integrity, maintain master records, and provide timely reporting to drive client success.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with regular travel to Red Bull HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Confident communicator able to build cross-team relationships.
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data & System Management: download and quality-check retailer sales data; maintain master data; ensure data integrity across accounts; configure reporting systems for meaningful analysis.
• Operational Support: onboard/offboard staff; build/test field tools; manage support requests; coordinate with internal teams; arrange travel and accommodation.
• Reporting & Analysis: produce regular and ad hoc reports; maintain account call files; use Excel for insights.
• Continuous Improvement: identify process improvements; support wider business and account objectives.
