Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Supply Chain Analyst to join its globally distributed team. This fully remote role enables you to optimize logistics and inventory management from anywhere while contributing to strategic direction.

You will analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and build dashboards using Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI, collaborating with procurement, operations, and sales to improve performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics or operations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of inventory management principles and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, lead times, transportation costs, and supplier performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to track KPIs and identify trends.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the supply chain.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales plus external partners.
Support development and implementation of new supply chain technologies.
Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to support strategic sourcing.
