Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based tools, dashboards, and templates.
• Provide day-to-day support for Excel tools and troubleshoot issues.
• Use advanced Excel functions, PivotTables, lookups, charts, for reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc operational reports and translate data into insights.
• Document processes, workflows, SOPs, and related documentation.
• Review processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
