Job summary

The Best Connection Group in Manchester is seeking an Operations and Customer Service Assistant for our client based in Irlam. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with pay at £13.70 per hour and £14.70 per hour after a 12-week qualifying period.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and timely customer support via email and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters when required.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, couriers and external partners to resolve operational and customer-related queries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure business processes run smoothly and effectively.
• Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
