Job summary

Pilgrim'S Europe in Dungannon is seeking an administrator to support rendering management and reporting. The role involves generating daily, weekly and monthly rendering reports, maintaining SAP reports, and assisting with stock control and purchasing processes.

You will work within a team, follow company procedures, and contribute to a smooth daily production plan. Strong Excel skills and prior admin experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce rendering reports daily, weekly and monthly including KPI, stock, and quality reporting.
• Maintain SAP report knowledge and stock management.
• Create and manage purchase orders and track spend.
• Support daily production and supply planning and report variances to management.
• Help update standard operating procedures.
