Job summary

UPP, the UK’s leading provider of on-campus student accommodation, is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Northern Region, based at a university site in Nottingham. You will support the Operations Director and SLT, coordinating projects, generating reports and dashboards, and driving continuous improvement using digital tools.

You will partner with onsite teams and regional stakeholders, monitor KPIs and compliance, and help shape new ways of working through automation and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders and operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational projects, meetings and business improvement initiatives.
• Produce regular reports, presentations, dashboards and performance insights.
• Track actions arising from operational reviews, audits and compliance activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support performance improvement plans.
• Support health, safety and compliance activity across the region.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
• Support adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build relationships with onsite teams and regional stakeholders to drive change.
