Job summary

UPP Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Northern Region, based at a university site. The role supports the Operations Director and SLT, delivering insights to improve performance across multiple campuses. You will help shape future ways of working with automation, AI-enabled solutions and digital tools.

Experience in higher education, accommodation, facilities management or client-facing environments is advantageous; Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and reporting tools to drive improvements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and track outcomes.
• Comfort working with senior leadership and cross-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational projects, meetings and business improvement initiatives.
• Produce regular reports, presentations, dashboards and performance insights.
• Track actions arising from operational reviews, audits and compliance activities.
• Monitor KPIs and support performance improvement plans.
• Support health, safety and compliance activity across the region.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
• Support adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions across site teams.
• Build strong relationships with onsite teams and regional stakeholders to support new processes and technologies.
