Flex By Grosvenor is seeking a proactive Member Experience professional to welcome new members, manage onboarding, and curate engaging events within London's premier spaces. You will build strong relationships, handle bookings, and ensure a seamless, memorable experience across our luxury venues.

Based in Mayfair, the role focuses on personalised service, network building with local partners, and day-to-day operations to maintain exceptional spaces and standards.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role that puts you at the centre of everything. From warmly welcoming new members and ensuring seamless onboarding, to curating memorable events, forging valuable supplier partnerships, and keeping our spaces running beautifully day to day - no two days are quite the same.

Member Experience

• Be the trusted, go-to contact for our members - getting to know them and their businesses personally
• Handle requests, bookings and enquiries with speed, warmth and professionalism
• Facilitate networking opportunities and meaningful connections across our community
• Assist with catering requirements, restaurant recommendations and bookings

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Host new member introductions, walking them through the space, amenities and House Rules
• Manage member accounts across our systems and platforms with accuracy
• Conduct thorough office checks to ensure every arrival and departure is seamless and memorable

Events & Partnerships

• Plan and organise monthly member events that bring our community to life
• Build and nurture relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars and lifestyle venues
• Conduct tours and viewings for prospective members, showcasing the unique value of the space
• Review and continuously enhance our member benefits programme

Day-to-Day Operations

• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and atmosphere across our spaces
• Handle post, parcels, calls and day-to-day requests efficiently and cheerfully
• Maximise meeting room revenue through prompt responses and clear communication
• Proactively identify operational gaps before they become issues

About You

You love people. You're the kind of person who remembers a member's coffee order, suggests the perfect venue for their client dinner, and makes every interaction feel considered and genuine. You're polished, proactive, and you take real pride in the details.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or a similar member-facing role
• A natural communicator - warm, professional and perceptive
• Highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities with calm and grace
• An entrepreneurial spirit - you spot opportunities and act on them
• Comfortable with digital platforms and tools; strong written and verbal English
• Someone who sees service as a craft, not just a job
