Job summary

The Best Connection recruitment agency is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Wolverhampton to support day-to-day production and operations, working closely with management to hit targets and maintain accurate records. This full-time role offers a 38-hour week, Monday–Friday, with an initial hourly rate of £13 and potential progression after training.

You will monitor workloads, assist with safety procedures, and help improve operational efficiency.

Operations Coordinator

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the operation, working closely with management to ensure production targets are achieved, processes are followed and operational information is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of production and operations.


• Monitor workloads, priorities and production targets.
