Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, Wolverhampton, is seeking an Operations Coordinator on a full-time temporary-to-permanent basis. The role supports the day-to-day production and operations, working closely with management to hit targets and keep records accurate.

You will monitor workloads, ensure processes are followed, and communicate operational requirements to staff, with opportunities for progression within the client’s operation.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and reliable.
• Confident communicating with staff and management.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data.
• Able to take responsibility and work independently.
• Confident monitoring workloads and addressing issues.
• Production, manufacturing, warehousing, operations or a similar environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of production and operations.
• Monitor workloads, priorities and production targets.
• Ensure staff remain focused and processes are followed correctly.
• Collect and check daily and weekly production figures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify and report operational issues or delays.
• Support Health & Safety procedures and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Communicate operational and customer requirements to staff.
• Work closely with the Director and Senior Management Team.
• Assist with improving operational efficiency and processes.
