Job summary

Johnson Controls in Bellshill, Scotland is seeking a proactive Operations Administrator to coordinate engineer scheduling, manage planner systems, and raise maintenance and reactive work orders.

You will handle timesheets, order parts, liaise with customers for purchase orders, assist invoicing and KPI reporting, and maintain training records to support EHS and FGAS compliance.
