The Operations Coordinator role at phs Group Limited is a part-time position based in Camberwell, working 20 hours per week from 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with no scheduled weekends. The role focuses on co-ordinating service routes, briefing and debriefing drivers, and supporting the Operations Centre to enhance delivery and customer service.

You will act as a link between service drivers and the Operations & Service Manager, with occasional warehouse tasks and customer site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for coordinating the service routes and effectively brief and debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre.
• Answering calls from service drivers, clients and Head office regarding site service.
• Acting as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations Manager & Service Manager.
• Ensure that work is distributed to available employees, completed in accordance with the KPIs, and processed accurately within the agreed time frames.
• To prepare data for and conduct briefing and debrief sessions for service drivers.
• Ensure that completed routes and attendance are processed in real time.
• To suggest any improvements to the ways of working and relay this to the Operations Centre Manager.
• When supporting in the warehouse, you'll be scanning and moving Eurobins for weighing, which can be heavy.
• On occasion, we may require you to visit a customer for a service call, so you must be able to drive and have a full driving licence for this position

Operations Coordinator (part-time)

£13.58 per hour | £14,126.50 per year | 20 hours per week (1pm - 5pm)

As an Operations Coordinator, you play a key part in the success of phs. Working behind the scenes your skills help keep our Operations Centre running smoothly. This diverse and interesting role will require you to take responsibility for co‑coordinating the service routes and effectively brief and debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre. Acting as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager. It will also have an element of working within the Warehouse and occasional support with visiting our customers on a service call.

The Operations Coordinator at phs will:

• Take responsibility for coordinating the service routes and effectively brief and debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre.

• On occasion, we may require you to visit a customer for a service call, so you must be able to drive and have a full driving licence for this position

The ideal candidate for an Operations Coordinator at phs will:

• Provide efficient and effective Service Delivery
• Be an excellent communicator and administrator, with a focus on customer service & building good team working relationships with colleagues and managers
• Have People Management & Development Skills.
• Comply with Health & Safety Regulations.
• Be a versatile and creative thinker who monitors service and delivery progress and is keen to resolve issues and present the best overall service to our customer.
• Be physically strong enough to move our Eurobins (approx. 300 kg) for weighing
• Have a full driving licence with fewer than 6 points, a clean licence is preferable
