Job summary

phs Group plc is hiring a Washroom Service Driver for Camberwell. You will follow a pre-planned daily route visiting customers to collect bins, service hygiene products and complete documentation.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with no scheduled weekends and a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence (12+ months), have up to 6 points, and be reliable, safety-conscious with good attention to detail.

• Able to work within a 6am-6pm window (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Collect bins and service hygiene products at customer premises.

• Return to the depot weekly to unload collected waste.

£13.84 per hour | £28,784 + Bonus (OTE £29,984) per year | 40 hours guaranteed

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You’ll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
• Able to work within a 6am-6pm window (40 hours per week)
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional
• Good attention to detail
