We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a major client account while also providing support across a range of other client programmes.
This is a varied role combining recruitment coordination, candidate management, contractor support and stakeholder engagement. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, hiring teams and contractors throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Managing candidate activity through recruitment and vendor management systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Meeting candidates face-to-face on-site as part of the recruitment and onboarding process.
Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, contractors, clients and internal colleagues.
Conducting in person right to work and vetting processes
Supporting contractor onboarding, compliance and day-one inductions.
Tracking and managing timesheets, extensions and associated administration.
Producing and maintaining recruitment and workforce reports using internal systems and Excel.
Building strong working relationships with client stakeholders and wider account teams.
Supporting recruitment operations across multiple accounts as required.
Recruitment coordination, recruitment administration or workforce management.
Experience within Trades, industrial, engineering or construction recruitment or similar sectors would be ideal.
Client-facing recruitment or account support roles.
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
The ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player.
