Job summary

White Recruitment Construction is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing freight forwarding team in Dartford. You will manage multimodal shipments across Air, Sea and Road, handling imports and exports while coordinating bookings and documentation.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong customer-facing skills as you liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas agents to maintain high service levels. Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with a broad multimodal freight background who is comfortable managing a busy customer base and handling shipments across Air, Sea and Road Freight.

The Role

• Managing multiple customers and shipments at once
