Accelerated People Management is recruiting a Senior Operations Coordinator (Solar) in Colchester. You will take ownership of day-to-day domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage operations, coordinating engineers and resources to deliver multiple installations weekly.

As a Senior Operations Coordinator (Solar), your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of day-to-day domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage operations, coordinating up to 10 installations per week
• Managing engineer schedules, labour allocation, installation diaries and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
• Overseeing installations on site when required, resolving technical and operational issues while ensuring projects meet MCS and DNO requirements
• Coordinating with installation teams, customers and internal departments to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction

The successful Senior Operations Coordinator (Solar) should have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing or coordinating domestic Solar PV installations within the UK
• Proven experience overseeing Solar PV installations on site, coordinating engineers and managing installation delivery
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage, MCS standards and DNO requirements
• Excellent organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage operations independently
