Job Description:

Operations Controller | Medway

Salary: £26,770 - £37,681 (Depending on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, anytime between 9 am to 6 pm

Main responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively regarding courier workload
• Monitoring jobs through to POD and completion, prioritizing platinum customers
• Maintaining Service Level Agreements
• Keeping clients and staff informed of delays or issues
• Managing fleet size and recruitment during peak periods
• Supporting courier onboarding and compliance
