Job summary

CitySprint UK Ltd is seeking an Operations Controller in Bristol to oversee day-to-day courier resources within the Service Centre, ensuring on-time deliveries and customer SLAs are met.

You’ll work closely with the Service Centre Manager and Operations Manager in a KPI-driven environment, making practical, timely decisions with pace and attention to detail in a busy, office-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational/logistics environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Familiar with KPI-driven performance and system use.

Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate courier resources to meet SLAs.
• Monitor courier performance and take corrective action.
• Handle day-to-day queries from customers, couriers and operations.
• Keep CityTrak/X-Despatch and other systems updated.
• Support onboarding and compliance of courier resources.
• Plan for peak periods and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain a safe, organised working environment.
