Job description

We are supporting a very exciting opportunity for a proven Estate Operations Manager to work across a prestigious mixed-use development, due for a phased opening at the end of this year & into 2026.

Candidates will hold in-depth experience within the delivery of complex/high-value soft service contracts across security, cleaning & soft services to a high standard within mixed-use estates/schemes.

Key duties include:

  1. Work & communicate with soft service on-site contract managers to lead, manage & motivate teams to provide high-end services, driving continuous improvements.
  2. Driving a "one team" ethos.
  3. Setting & managing complex service charge budgets.
  4. Working closely with all site teams including security, health & safety & technical services.
  5. Develop & implement operational strategies.
  6. Proactively be the point of contact for occupiers.
  7. Ensuring full compliance across all areas.
  8. Driving best practices across all areas.
  9. Managing & motivating the Assistant Operations Manager.
  10. Taking on on-call duties & dealing with emergency responses.

Candidates will hold proven experience across high-end / trophy assets, complex contract management delivery, along with H&S (ideally NEBOSH accreditation) & incident management experience.
