Job summary

Vercity is seeking an Operations Officer to keep projects moving, organised, and on track. Working with the General Manager, you’ll help deliver complex PFI projects by coordinating stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

This hands-on role is central to daily project operations, offering exposure to senior leadership and a varied set of responsibilities within a established team. A competitive salary and enhanced pension and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep operations running smoothly across all project activities.

• Coordinate meetings, reporting, and board packs.
• Support performance monitoring and compliance.
• Liaise with service providers and stakeholders.
• Assist with claims, site reviews, and general project delivery.
