Job summary

Vercity in Leeds is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance and act as Company Secretary across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. You will partner with senior stakeholders and Boards, owning budgeting, forecasting and financial model management.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification with 4+ years post-qualified experience, strong technical accounting and modelling skills, and the ability to operate in a high-governance environment. Leeds-based with flexibility and growth opportunities.

Job description

Are you an Qualified Finance Professional (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA), ideally with a practice background, ready to step into a senior, commercially focused role with real responsibility and where communication and stakeholder management is key?

For nearly 30 years Vercity has been the UK's leading provider of Asset and Infrastructure projects in the public sector, and an MSA leader in the PFI space with over £30 billion of public sector assets under management.

We're recruiting a Finance Manager to act as the finance lead and Company Secretary across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. This is a high‑impact role where you'll operate as the equivalent of Finance Director at project level, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and Boards.
