Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe seeks an organised administrator to support rendering operations in our UK facility. You will handle daily reporting, SAP data, stock control and planning tasks while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

This role requires strong Excel skills, careful data entry and a proactive team player attitude. Working Monday to Friday, you will join a collaborative team, receive full training, and have opportunities for progression as we optimise production planning and reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience in admin role is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Produce rendering reports daily, weekly and monthly including KPIs, SAP, stock takes and QA reports.
  • Maintain SAP reports and stock management.
  • Order rendering production goods and engineering parts.
  • Manage weekly stock levels.
  • Assist with daily production and supply planning and report variances.
  • Assist in creating and updating SOPs.
  • Create purchase orders for invoices and tracking spend.
  • Support goods in/out management.
  • Coordinate with departments to maximise efficiency and quality.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other admin duties for rendering management.

Job description

To provide support to rendering operations The role will incorporate a range of activities including SAP management, Purchase Order’s, stock take controls, KPI management, customer service level reporting as well as planning operations, whilst ensuring quality products within customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing rendering reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis including reports on KPI’s, SAP, Stock takes, shift reporting and quality
  • Maintain good working knowledge of SAP reports and stock management.
  • Ordering all the rendering production goods and engineering parts.
  • To manage stock on a weekly basis
  • Support the planning and implementation of the daily production plan/supply plan and report and manage potential variances problems directly and promptly to management.
  • Support with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Purchase Order creation for all invoices received, all purchases and tracking actual spend.
  • Supporting with the management of goods in and out.
  • Liaise with all appropriate departments to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Follow all Company policies, procedures and work methods
  • Other administrative duties necessary for rendering management
