Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an Operations/Project Manager in Dartmouth to organise deliveries, manage stock and liaise with suppliers and customers. This permanent role offers a salary up to £40,000 and regular hours.

You will coordinate with internal teams, support the specification process and help manage aftercare, with occasional off-site meetings. A full UK driving license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant/trade counter environments such as bathroom, kitchen, interiors or similar.
• Confident dealing with suppliers and customers.
• Proven experience managing warehouse and/or delivery staff.
• Experience with KBB software (Easyquote / Trueblue) desirable.
• Full UK driving license for occasional off-site meetings.

We are working with a well-established business that provides specification, supply, aftercare and sales of high-end products to a range of prestigious clients, including private one-off developments, Grand Designs-style projects, property developers and hotels.

The Role

• Organising and coordinating deliveries including managing stock and inventories
• Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
• Checking incoming materials and ensuring orders are correct
• Coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Supporting the sales and specification process
• Helping manage aftercare and resolving any operational issues
• Occasional attendance at off-site meetings, as required

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience within a merchant, trade counter, bathroom, kitchen, interiors or similar environment, with a good understanding of stock, purchasing, suppliers and logistics.

• Confident dealing with suppliers and customers
• Proven experience managing warehouse and/or delivery staff.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Keen to develop their career and take on increasing responsibility
• Experience with KBB software (Easyquote / Trueblue) is desirable.
• Who has a full UK driving license as there may occasionally be a need to attend meetings off site.
