Job summary

PHMG in Manchester is seeking an Operations Associate to support our North American account base from the Old Trafford office. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Copywriters, Post-Production and Technical Teams to ensure timely, high-quality client service.

The role runs 1pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. Salary starts at £30,000 with an OTE of £31,000, reflecting a dynamic, client-focused environment where operations excellence drives growth.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the creative elements of the client journey.
• Coordinate with Copy, Post-Production, Music and Voice teams for audio branding.
• Work with Technical Teams to implement productions and resolve cases.
• Follow up with clients after campaigns to gather updates.
• Support Account Managers in identifying additional business opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct audio branding quality checks with clients and troubleshoot as needed.
