Job summary

Jumpstart is hiring an Operations Associate for a seed-stage AI startup serving 15,000+ UK charities, foundations and funders. The role is in London (Old Street), with 4 days in the office.

You will run core operations, admin and security processes, consolidate scattered operational work into a single function, and report directly to the Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure with prior startup operations experience.
