We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual to join our bustling office and primarily drive our carer recruitment. Our carer is vital to our luxury service, so we are looking for a self-starting and responsible person to take on our carer recruitment and ensure we continue to have the best carers in the UK.
Due to the nature of care and our private client base, you would need to be discrete, compassionate and highly organised. You will be responsible for speaking to and selecting carers as well as completing their onboarding and advocating for them. We will give you support and training to get you up to speed quickly and guide you as you learn the intricacies of care, sales and business operations.
The initial day to day responsibilities will include:
The salary is £26k-£32k (depending on experience), share options available after a year, generous holiday allowance, plenty of company socials and training opportunities in line with company strategy. We are open to discussing hybrid working and all equipment, at home or in the office is paid for. This role would be perfect for a recent graduate, a parent getting back into work, or a carer looking to gain head office experience. This role will report directly to the Operations Lead.
