What you will be doing

This is an exciting time to join Breathe. Having proven the value of our products in both the automotive and consumer electronics spaces, we are scaling our Operations function. This will help us delivera seamless experience at work for our teams, thus enabling them to be highly effective while meeting the requirements set by our stakeholders.

Your day to day

At Breathe we utilise a partnering model within our Operations team, this allows the team toown and supports critical functions that ensure long-term organisational success, including:

• Monitor and improve adherence to our policies and processes
• Vendor onboarding
• Documentation management
• Health and safety certification / policies / management
• Ensuring teams have the tools, access, and support they need
• Facilitating cross-functional alignment on product roadmaps and prioritisation
• Ensure customer feedback loops are structured and actionable

Your background

• Experience working within Technology / Software start-ups/scale-ups.
• Experience contributing to taking a product from 0 to 1 would be beneficial.
• Experience breaking down complex problems into manageable steps
• A backgroundresearching, selecting and implementing solutions (either commercially or academically)
• Awareness and understandingof business priorities and ability to incorporate them into recommendations
• Experience supporting and improving product development processes wouldbe a bonus
• Ability to work in a Kind and Conscientious manner
