Bixby Research & Analytics is currently seeking an Operations/Compliance Associate based out of our Glasgow, UK office.

We’ll Count on You To:

• Manage daily operational/compliance procedures.
• Work closely with the Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute associated operational processes and control systems.
• Oversee document management and categorization.
• Review, revise, and continuously improve existing compliance programs, policies, and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay compliant with mandated policies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of work products in a time-sensitive environment.
• Manage permission of document and site access.

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required; a variety of educational backgrounds will be considered, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
• Compliance and operational experience; specific experience in finance/asset management is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
• Strong skills in accuracy, organization, and experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgement, and the highest ethical standards.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Prior experience with virtual data rooms is preferred.
• General understanding of financial markets is preferred.
