Your new role

As a Sales Operations Associate (Renewals), you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end renewals process, ensuring timely contract renewals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales and customer success teams in securing continued business. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance in the renewal lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing
  • Renewals Processing: Manage the execution of all contract renewals, ensuring timely invoicing, documentation, and contract updates.
  • Data & System Management: Maintain accurate renewal records in CRM and subscription management systems, ensuring consistency and reducing errors.
  • Customer Communication: Support renewal notifications, documentation requests, and contract amendments in coordination with customer success and sales teams.
  • Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide renewal details, contract terms, and necessary documentation, assisting them in customer negotiations when required.
  • Workflow Optimization: Ensure efficient processing of renewals, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements for smoother operations.
  • CRM & Automation Support: Work within CRM and other sales tools to automate renewal reminders, track upcoming expirations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain reports on renewal status, upcoming expirations, and processing timelines while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, and customer success teams to resolve any renewal-related issues and ensure seamless execution.

What you’ll bring to the role
  • 2-4+ years of experience in renewals processing, sales operations, or a related administrative role within a SaaS or subscription-based company.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in contract processing, CRM data management, and operational execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), subscription management platforms, and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of renewals efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Proactive in following-up and confident in managing conflicting requests and expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, being approachable and professional
  • Understanding of working with cross functional teams across various locations and time-zones
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in subscription lifecycle management and contract execution.
  • Prior experience in customer success or sales support roles.
