Job summary

Collectiv Food, based in West London, is a fast-growing food supply business building a greener last mile delivery model and sourcing from 1,000+ producers for hundreds of professional kitchens. The team values sustainable, fair, and transparent supply chains and offers hands-on experience in a fast-moving operation.

The role provides hybrid work from our King’s Cross office with a strong emphasis on data-driven logistics and a collaborative environment for early-career professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or related subject.
• Able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Available to start immediately.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Right to work in the UK without restrictions or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order management, processing, tracking and queries.
• Assist with stock management, warehouse operations and queries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Operations to deliver customer orders.
• Assist with outbound deliveries, transport management, route planning and queries.
• Assist with data management, cost tracking and KPI reporting.
• Assist with supplier invoice checking and other back-office processes.
