Job Role: Retail Store Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to current company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain complete accuracy of company documentation.
3. Reconcile and bank all store revenues accurately.
4. Perform Trading Standards compliance checks.
5. Produce Point of Sale materials and price indicators.
6. Book incoming and outgoing stock.
7. Process damaged (demics) stock.
8. Issue and input stock inventory counts.
9. Manage inter-store transfers.
10. Ensure store compliance with company deadlines.
11. Process customer orders.
12. Conduct new starter inductions and reference checks.
13. Handle payroll procedures.
14. Adhere to cash office procedures.
