David Lloyd Clubs in Bristol (Emersons Green) is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across the club, ensuring members feel safe and receive an excellent experience seven days a week. You will help with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting teams as needed.

Qualifications

• An overall passion for delivering customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, opening and closing tasks across the club.
• Greeting our members and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Supporting teams across departments as needed.
• Contribute to a safe, enjoyable experience for members seven days a week.
