The starting salary will be from £23,915 on Grade B, depending on qualifications and experience. This role may also be eligible for a shift allowance depending on the shift timings and hours worked.
The package includes generous holiday allowances, flexible working, and a pension scheme.

This full-time position is available immediately on a fixed-term basis until 21st September 2025. A part-time vacancy may also be available, pending approval.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sport-minded professional to join our team as an Operational Assistant at the University of Exeter Sports Office.
This role involves working across three sites: St Luke's Sports Centre, Cornwall House Outdoor Swimming Pool, and potentially the Sports Park (Streatham Campus). Essential qualifications include NPLQ and/or Level 2 Gym and/or First Aid at Work, or willingness to train.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of these sites, delivering high standards of service, including lifeguarding, customer service, equipment setup, and maintaining cleanliness.
Experience in a similar environment and an awareness of health and safety issues are desirable. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit are equally important.
