Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Assistant to help deliver exceptional member experiences across the club. You will support multiple departments, assist with opening and closing duties, welcome members, and contribute to a clean, safe, and friendly environment every day of the week.

The role focuses on customer service, teamwork, and reliable execution in a busy club setting, with opportunities for development and internal training within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable passion for customer service and member care.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Support across departments with opening/closing tasks and cleaning.
• Assist teams throughout the club as needed to maintain services.
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe environment for all members.

As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.

As an Operations Assistant, we are looking for someone who:

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role., If you're a team player who is up for a challenge, can remain calm under pressure and have excellent attention to detail, be it in the clubroom, teaching a class, maintaining our clubs or welcoming new members, then we've got a career for you.
