Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily club operations. You will help keep the club clean, welcome members, and assist various teams to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience seven days a week.

This role involves multi-department support and hands-on customer service in a busy club environment. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, be attentive to detail, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with other club tasks including cleaning and opening/closing duties.
• Greeting and assisting members to ensure a safe, welcoming experience.
• Support departments across the club as needed to maintain service standards.

Job description

As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.

As an Operations Assistant, we are looking for someone who:

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role., If you're a team player who is up for a challenge, can remain calm under pressure and have excellent attention to detail, be it in the clubroom, teaching a class, maintaining our clubs or welcoming new members, then we've got a career for you.
