MANCHESTER HYBRID (2-3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE)

Job Description:

  • Lead teams, streamline operations, and drive commercial performance to support business growth.
  • Drive growth by analyzing market data and executing revenue strategies.
  • Oversee the delivery of niche travel tours and events, utilizing operational expertise.
  • Develop operational strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across the UK, USA, and France.
  • Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Promote a customer-first culture by enhancing service standards and resolving issues.
  • Oversee stock management for cost-effective inventory control.
  • Ensure operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies through audits.
