A leading company in the metals industry seeks an experienced Sales Manager to develop and execute customer strategies and sales objectives. This role involves managing customer contracts, leading a sales team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, while working closely with senior management on strategic goals.

The purpose of this position is to develop and profitably execute customer strategies and sales objectives for finished products and by-products; ensure key customer contract compliance; maintain good customer relationships and customer satisfaction; lead and manage the Sales and Customer Service team and manage commercial and market risks.
