Job summary

Brink’s is seeking an Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision making across our operational teams. You will work with stakeholders to analyse performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and turn data into actionable insights to drive improvements.

You will deliver analytical support across areas such as Cash in Transit and Engineering, produce dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate data into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data analysis within an operational, commercial, or analytical environment.
• Proficiency in handling, cleaning, and analysing data using tools such as Excel (advanced) SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI/analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical support across key operational areas, including Cash in Transit, Engineering, and wider Operations.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce performance reporting, dashboards, and management information to support day-to-day decision making.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights, highlighting root causes and practical recommendations.
• Partner with operational stakeholders, supporting regular reviews with concise, insight-led analysis.
• Present findings clearly and confidently, helping stakeholders understand and act on the data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by tracking performance and measuring impact.
• Contribute to improving data quality, reporting processes, and overall analytical approach.
