Job summary

Boba Commodities in London (Chiswick) seeks an Operations Analyst to own daily operational processes for the trading team, reconcile daily P&L, monitor trade flows, and improve workflows. You will work with Excel, SQL, and data accuracy to support the 7:30am–3:30pm shift and occasional second shift.

You'll join a small, purpose-driven team with a coach from day one, 39 holidays, and a benefits package including pension and health allowances.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and appetite to learn more.
• Fundamental SQL skills to pull data and check it.
• Experience handling data where accuracy mattered and you check your work.
• Ability to spot repetitive tasks and make them faster.
• Ability to explain complex things simply and raise issues early.

Responsibilities

• Daily P&L reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
• Daily reporting and operational processes for the trading team.
• Monitor live P&L and issue alerts.
• Manage trade flows to meet deadlines.
• Update key market alerts.
