Job summary

DV Trading in London is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to design and manage the operational systems that power our global trading activity. You will partner with the Director of Operations to build robust data pipelines and scalable processes across asset classes.

You will lead the London operations team, own end-to-end processes including reconciliation, pricing, settlements and PnL reporting, and work with developers to improve databases and trader tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytical or operational roles within trading.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Expertise in Excel and SQL; Python familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and development of DV's Operations team in London.
• Develop deep working knowledge of trading, clearing and settlement.
• Own end-to-end operational processes: reconciliation, pricing, settlements, and PnL reporting.
• Design alerts and checks to preserve data integrity in real time.
• Understand trade execution methods and architect improved position distribution.
• Collaborate with developers to shape databases, tools, and GUIs.
• Create precise onboarding processes for new traders, strategies, and products.
• Evaluate feasibility of new trades/markets/exchanges and address obstacles.
