Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BA/Operational Analyst role within financial/services
• Experience with CURO CRM and Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven track record of improving business processes
• Experience supporting system changes and tech-led improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience producing management information and data reports
• Advanced Excel and MS Office
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Power BI reporting and data visualization
• Knowledge of Power Automate or SmartsFlows
• Experience with automated document generation/reporting

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical specialist for core business applications, especially CURO CRM.
• Analyse existing business processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Support configuration, development and optimisation of CRM platforms including Microsoft Dynamics.
• Identify data quality issues and improve data management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Create and deliver end-user training for business systems.
• Develop and maintain automated client reports and templates.
• Utilise workflow automation tools to streamline processes.
• Produce and analyse data reports to support decisions.
• Assist with system queries, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support system testing, including UAT.
• Lead small-scale process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Maintain strong inter-department relationships providing technical and operational support.
