Job summary

Comxps Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Analyst to support finance transformation and Sales/Go-To-Market process optimisation on a 3-month hybrid contract. • Experience in finance transformation, GTM and sales processes, ERP implementations, or systems optimisation.

• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives with a focus on automation and data quality.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for ERP and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support development of reporting and analytics to improve forecasting and decision making.

Job description

Location: Hybrid / UK – remote very ad hoc in the office

Contract Length: 3-month contract

Required Experience

• Experience working on finance transformation, Go To Market and Sales processes, ERP implementation, or systems optimisation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and Sales and pricing processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Desirable

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or equivalent).
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with Azure, data warehouses, or ETL processes.
• Understanding of end-to-end sales processes
• Sales tooling (e.g. Salesforce)
• Understanding of financial data migration and reconciliation processes.
